Edition 2020

In view of the health context, the festival took place online from November 23 to 27 and from December 14 to 18. A decentralized edition in an establishment also took place from January 18 to 22, 2021. For this 10th edition, the film The Money Stone (La pierre de la fortune) by Stuart Harmon won the Prize for Young Children in the World , delivered exceptionally at a distance.

Edition 2019

The festival took place from Thursday 15 to Saturday 17 November, at the 7 Parnassiens cinema in Paris, with the unprecedented screening in France of the film Rewind by Sasha Neulinger. For this 9th edition, the film Al otro lado del muro (On ​​the other side of the wall) by Pau Ortiz won the Young Children in the World Prize.

2018 edition

The festival took place from Thursday 15 to Saturday 17 November, at the 7 Parnassiens cinema in Paris, with the unpublished preview screening in France of the film Amal, in the presence of its director Mohamed Siam. For this 8th edition, the film The Rescue List by Zachary Fink and Alyssa Fedele won the Young Children in the World Prize.

Edition 2017

The festival took place from Thursday 16 to Saturday 18 November, at the 7 Parnassiens cinema in Paris.
For this 7th edition, the film They call us monsters by Ben Lear won the Young Children in the World Prize.

2016 edition

The festival took place from Wednesday 16 to Saturday 19 November, at the cinema les 7 parnassiens in Paris, with, for the first time, a national launch, with the film Swagger, in the presence of its director Olivier Babinet.

For this 6th edition, it is the film He called me Malala by Davis Guggenheim which won the prize for young children in the world.

Edition 2015

The festival took place from Thursday 28 to Friday 29 January, at the 7 Parnassians cinema in Paris: the event was postponed following the November attacks in Paris.

For this 5th edition, it is the film Toto and his sisters by Alexander Nanau which won the prize for young children in the world.

Edition 2014

The festival took place from Thursday 20 to Saturday 22 November, at the cinema les 7 parnassiens in Paris, and it was Dieudo Hamadi’s film State Examination which won the jury’s youth prize.

Edition 2013

The 2013 edition of the Enfances dans le monde festival took place from November 20 to 22 at the 7 Parnassiens cinema and was sponsored by Marianne Denicourt.

That year, 2 films tied and won the 2013 Youth Prize: Blood Relative by Nimisha Mukerji and A mi lado by Jean-Cosme Delaloye.

Edition 2012

Edition 2010

On November 20, 2010, on the occasion of the World Day of the Rights of the Child, the International Catholic Office for Children is launching in Paris the 1 st edition of the documentary film festival entitled: Childhood in the world . The event, open to the general public, takes place at the 7 Parnassiens cinema.
